Statement Of Faith
We preach Christ, His birth, His baptism, His works, His teaching, His crucifixion, His resurrection, His ascension, His second coming, His millennial reign, His White Throne Judgment, the new heaven and the new earth, when He shall have put all enemies under His feet, and shall reign eternally, forever and ever.
We Believe…
We believe…The entire Bible to be the inspired, infallible Word of God, and the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine. That this Word of God, came down from heaven to give abundant life to everyone who believes. (John 3:16-17; Romans 1:16-17; I Peter 1:12; St John 10:10)
We believe…In one God who exist in three separate and distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible. (Matthew 3:16-17; II Corinthians 13:14; Matthew 28:19-20)
We believe…In the Lordship of Jesus Christ who died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe He is risen from the dead and is coming again. (Acts 1:9-11; Romans 5:6; Ephesians 2:8)
We believe…Water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the Blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Baptism is necessary by water immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, in accordance to the full command of Christ. (Matthew 3:16 Matthew 28:19; Acts 3:38)
We believe…Every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God’s Word, yielding to the Holy Ghost and by being conformed to the image of Christ. (2 Peter 3:18; Romans 12:2)
We believe…As children of God, we are overcomers and more than conquerors and God intends for each of us to experience the abundant life He has in store for us. (John 10:10; Romans 8:37; 1John 2:13)
We believe…In the baptism of the Holy Ghost, with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues, as an experience subsequent to salvation. (Acts 2:4; Acts 10:45-46; Acts 19:6)
We Believe…
We believe…In the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12-14 and Romans 12, and as manifested in the early church. (1 Corinthians 12-14; Romans 12:6-8)
We believe… In the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance. And that we are justified by God’s grace whereby we receive remission of sins and stand before God as though we had never sinned. (Romans 4:16; 2 Timothy 1:9; Ephesians 2:8)
We believe… In the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and a lifestyle of perfecting holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian Faith. (Ephesians 5:18; II Corinthians 6:14 II Corinthians 7:1)
We believe… In Divine healing of the body by Divine Power, as practiced in the Early Church. (Acts 4:30; Romans 8:11; I Corinthians 12:9; James 5:14)
We believe… In the Table of the Lord, commonly called Communion or the Lord’s Supper and that it provides life, health and strength for all believers. (I Corinthians 11:23-30)
We believe… In a literal heaven and hell, in eternal life for believers (John 5:24; 3:16) and eternal punishment for unbelievers. (Mark 9:43-48; II Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 20:10-15)
We believe… In the reality of Satan and demonic powers and in the ultimate eternal judgment of the devil and his angels. (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10-15)
We believe… that God ordained and established the institution of marriage. And that the term “marriage” sanctioned by God joins one man and one woman in a single exclusive union as defined by the scripture. (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6, 1 Corinthians 7:2, Ephesians 5:22-23).
